摘　　要：从材料、热处理、结构设计、工艺的安排及线切割时工件的装夹和切割线路选择问题等多方面论述了模具在线切割加工过程中产生变形和裂纹的原因,从而提出了线切割加工中防止变形和防止产生裂纹的具体措施。Through analyzing the materials, heat treatment, structures of design, manufacturing process, and the part installations and processing rout choosing during the WEDM process, the causes of deformation and cracks of WEDM parts are discussed, then some prevention measures are provided.
