摘 要:在电牵引采煤机中采用水介质液压系统,有利于缩短机身,提高机器的过断层能力,并可实现工作面的无油作业,对减少污染和作业危险、降低使用成本,具有重要意义。结合采煤机的结构和工况特点,提出了用插装阀设计水介质液压系统的设计思想和方案,分析了工作原理,对元件的选型进行了讨论。Using the hydraulic system in water by the mining machine which droved by the electric has advantages in reducing machine, improving the ability of the machine, and also can realize no oil in the working place, reduce pollution, dangerous and money. With the structure and characteristic in working for the mining machine, the thought and plan were stated by using the hydraulic system in water in the plug- in valve, the principle was analysed, and also discussed the model of part.
