摘　　要：介绍了V94.3A燃气轮机中排气扩散器的结构特点、技术准备及制造过程,对技术准备及制造过程中的各个要点,如不锈钢的水切割、装配工装的设计等作了详细的说明。通过装配、焊接、工装设计等各方面的工艺探索,找到了适合于此类不锈钢产品的合理的制造工艺。The article describes the structural characteristics, technical preparation and fabrication process of the exhaust gas diffusor of V94.3A gas turbine, and gives the detailed solution to difficulties in preparation and fabrication, such as water jet cutting for stainless steel, fixture design of assembly. A reasonable process for this kind of stainless steel fabrication has been found through the research of assembly, welding and fixture design.
