鼠疫菌通过植物毒力变化的研究

摘　　要：用鼠疫菌061株接种植物,第10d分离菌株命名为61—3,原株小白鼠LD_(50)是第10d分离株的3.569倍,第20d分离菌株命名为61—2,原株LD_(50)是第20d分离株的35.155倍,61—3株是61—2株的9.85倍。表明随着鼠疫菌在植物组织中时间延长,其毒力增强。Y. Pestis 061 was inoculated in plants. After 10 days the LD50 of the original strain 061 was 3. 569 times as much as that of its isolated strain 61-3. After 20 days the LD50 of the original strain 061 was up to 35. 155 times compared with its isolated strain 61-2. And the LD50 of strain 61-3 was 9. 85 times as much as strain 61-2. It was showed that the increase of virulence of Y. Pestis was corresponding to the time that the strain grew in plants.
