摘  要:采用有限元方法分析了液压钳对油管螺纹联接强度的影响,得到了背钳在不同夹持位置时油管螺纹联接的等效应力和接触应力分布,提出了液压钳夹紧结构的技术改进措施,设计出一种新型的三腭板钳口结构。计算结果表明,改进夹紧方式后的液压钳使油管螺纹齿面等效应力和接触应力明显减小,可有效改善螺纹联接特性,防止油管螺纹粘连事故的发生。The author analyzes the impacts on tubing thread linking intensity of hydraulic tong with the finite element method, the Von Mises and contact pressure distributes of casing thread liking in condition of different holding position for backup tong have been obtained, and he puts forward the technological transformation measures of hydraulic holding system, designs a threeplate-style-tong door. The calculation shows that the bearer status of tubing thread is obviously reduced when improved hydraulic tong is applied. The results show that the holding style of improved hydraulic tong decline the Von Mises and contact pressure of tubing thread apparently, this have actual sense for improvement of thread linking intensity.
