改革开放以来湖北省城市化与经济协调发展研究

摘　　要：引用城市化与经济协调发展的理论和协调度的概念,建立城市化综合水平与经济发展综合水平的协调度测度模型,测算出改革开放以来湖北省城市化与经济发展的协调度,并对其时空特征进行分析.结果表明：改革开放以来,湖北省城市化与经济协调发展大致经历了两个明显的阶段：1978-1993年为不协调发展阶段,协调度基本为负值,1994-2004年为基本协调阶段,协调度递增为正值;2004年湖北省城市化与经济发展协调度表现出明显的空间差异性,东部以武汉市为中心的少部分地区由于优越的地理区位和良好的经济基础,协调度基本为正值,城市化与经济发展存在着较高程度的协调性,以神农架为中心的鄂西山区由于经济发展处于起步阶段,协调度值也较高,但表现出较底层次的协调性,而其他广大地区的协调性较差,湖北省城市化与经济发展不协调的问题十分突出.Based on the notion of coordination degree and the theory of coordination development between urbanization and economy, the paper firstly offers the Coordinated Degree Model （CDM） between urbanization comprehensive index and economic comprehensive index, figures out the coordination degree between urbanization and economy in Hubei since reform and opening-up and analyses its space-time characteristic. The result indicates that it passes two periods of coordination development between urbanization and economy in Hubei, namely, the former period is not harmony from 1978 to 1993 and and the latter period is mainly harmony from 1994 to 2004. The coordination degree between urbanizetion and economic has spatial otherness in Hubei in 2004. Owing to better geographical locality and better economic basen, Wuhan and peripheral region in the east are harmonious between urbanization and economy. The coordination development of the Shennongjia forest region in the west is low level harmonious by reason of economic development underway moment, but harmony quality in the most region is quite low. The question of absonant between urbanization and economy is terribly outstanding in Hubei.
