湖北省高校扩招后体育师资队伍现状调查分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对扩招后湖北省20所高校体育师资队伍的现状进行了调查与研究.结果显示,目前湖北省高校的体育师资队伍与国家现实需要极不相符,存在教师数量严重不足、高级职称的教师年龄偏高、学历层次偏低、外语水平较低、计算机操作水平较弱、中青年教师流失严重等问题,针对出现的问题,提出了相应的对策.By the literature analysis, questionnaire and interview, current status of physical education teacher in normal university was investigated. The results show that although the teachers can roughly satisfy the demand of modernization in the country, there are still some problems among them such as most teachers with senior title are aged teacher with low education background and foreign language level, so too many middle aged or young teachers are＂running-off＂. Some measures regarding these problems are put forward in this paper.
