彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张硬化治疗效果的评价

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）研究了３８例经静脉造影证实的左侧精索静脉曲张硬化治疗前后蔓状静脉丛血流动力学改变。结果表明：ＣＤＦＩ和静脉造影一样应以返流征象作为本病诊断的主要条件；术后１０～１２个月作疗效评价较为恰当；触诊检查过低地估计了精索静脉曲张的存在和复发率。我们认为ＣＤＦＩ不仅对精索静脉曲张能作出精确诊断和病理生理学分型，而且能为疗效评价提供客观指标。The hemodynamic change of pampiniform plexus of 38 patients with left varicoceles of spermatic cord confirmed by venography was assessed with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) befere and after varicocele sclerotherapy. The result indicates that in CDFI, the sign of regurgitation should be considered as a major diagnostic criterion of the disease as that in venography. It is more appropriate to evalute the curative effect of the therapy 10 to 12 moth after sclerotherapy. With palpation the incidence and recurernce rate of varicocele may be understimated by palpation. It is suggested that CDFI may not only aid in the correct diagnosis of varicocele, make accurate pathophysiological classification of the disease but also offer objective parameters for the evalution of the curative effect.
