双相不锈钢的性能及其在石化行业的应用

摘　　要：由于双相不锈钢的力学性能与耐局部腐蚀性能优良,在石油加工行业的应用越来越广泛。文中介绍了双相不锈钢的基本性能、材料要求、腐蚀损伤和耐蚀性能,重点阐述了炼油厂常用双向不锈钢的技术要求和设计选择原则。对双向不锈钢在国内外石化装置中的应用情况进行了评述并展望了其应用前景。Duplex stainless steel (DSS) is more and more widely used in petrochemical industry because of its good mechanical property and par- tial corrosion resistance property.In this article, DSS essential property,material requirement, corrosion damage,corrosion resistance property are presented;DSS normal technical require- ments and design philosophies used in oil refin- ery are stressed on;DSS application scenario in petrochemical pants at home is stated;And its application outlook is expected,for the purpose to provide a reference of properly selecting mate- rial to the relevant technical persons.
