静注20%英脱利匹特增强肾脏彩色多普勒信号的实验研究

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒能量图对５只兔子静注四种剂量２０％英脱利匹特前后肾脏彩色血流信号进行观察，并以等剂量生理盐水为对照。结果发现：生理盐水各剂量组均未见彩色多普勒血流信号增强；英脱利匹特各剂量组１００％彩色多普勒血流信号增强。结论：静注２０％英脱利匹特能增强肾脏彩色多普勒血流信号。Renal color Doppler Power Image (DPI) was performed in five rabbits before and after intravenous injection of 20% Intralipid at four different dosages. Saline of same dosages was injected as control. The results showed that all injections of saline had no detectable enhancing effect of color Doppler flow signal. Enhancement could be observed in all injections (100%) of 20% Intralipid. Conclusion: The IV injection of 20% Intralipid can enhance the renal color Doppler flow signal and has the potential of future clinical application.
