灯盏花注射液对脑梗塞病人血流变学改变的临床观察

摘　　要：本文报告了318例脑梗塞患者应用灯盏花注射液后血流变学的结果，并与100例应用复方丹参液治疗的脑梗塞患者进行了比较，发现灯盏花注射液能在一定程度上有效地改善脑梗塞患者的血液流变学，其中包括降低血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率和纤维蛋白原，提高红细胞变形能力以及延长血浆凝血酶原时间（PT），活化部分凝血酶原时间（APTT）和凝血酶时间（TT）。另外，临床体征也有一定恢复，总有效率为90.57％，值得推广应用。This papcr rcports the thcrapcutic cffccts of hcrba erigerontis injection on 318 cases of cerebral infarction and that of compound prescripition of radix salviae miltiorrhizae in 100 controls. The resu1t showed that this injection effectivelydccrcascd plasma viscosity, hcmatocrit, platclct aggrcgation rate and fibrinogen, increased exythrocyte deformability and prolonged prothrombin time (PT), activate partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and thrombin time(TT). In addition, it improvcd the symptoms and signs of the paticnts. The totaleffective rate is 90. 57%.
