摘 要:为观察全自动颈椎牵引器对治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,为临床合理应用提供依据。选择神经根型颈椎病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别用该牵引器和普通四头带坐位牵引,牵引重量为5kg,牵引角度为前屈100,牵引时间为30分钟,每天1次,牵引2周。牵引前和牵引2周摄颈椎侧住片,量出C2—C7各椎间隙之间最大距离。两组比较,并对每组病人牵引前后进行症状评分比较。结果显示,两组各椎间隙牵引前后的变化均有极显著性的差异(P〈0.01);两组之间比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);两组之间症状评分比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。表明全自动颈椎牵引器治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好效果,疗效优于普通四头带牵引。To observe clinical curative effect with full-automatic cervical vertebra traction machine (FCVTM) for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy (CR), and provide basis for clinic application reasonably. 60 patients of CR was randomly divided into two groups (n=30 cases each). The treatment group treated with traction machine, and control group with common traction belt (CTB), which were treated by draught therapy daily, draught weight 5 kg , forward flexion 10° in angle, 30 minute every time, two weeks a course. Lateral projection of cervical vertebra would be shot before and two weeks after draught, amount maximum distance of intervertebral space from axis to prominent vertebra, and symptoms of two patients were compared before and after treatment. The result showed that there was significant difference in change of intervertebral space between two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01). Curative effect was satisfactory with FCVTM for CR, and better than Treatment of CTB.
