摘　　要：采用反应型溶剂和活性中和剂制备了水溶性衣康酸环氧酯树脂,以甲基丙稀酸甲酯为稀释剂,自制大分子增韧剂,以二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯为交联剂,以过氧化甲乙酮为引发剂,异辛酸钴为促进剂制备出可以快速固化的环保型衣康酸环氧酯树脂灌浆材料,浆液黏度小、毒性低、渗透能力强,可以用水清洗,固结体透明且强度高,属于优级灌浆材料,可以在各种防渗堵漏、加固补强工程中应用。Water-soluble itaconic epoxy ester resin was prepared by way of neutralization of activated amine with unsaturated double bonds and amidocyanogen. Methyl methacrylate is a reactive diluent and toughening agent is prepared in the laboratory. The environmental protection and fast setting itaconic epoxy ester resin grouting material is prepared by using tripropylene glycoldiacrylate as a high reactive cross linking agent, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as initiating agent and the cobalt isocaprylate as accelerant. The grouting material is of lower viscosity and toxicity, strong permeability and it can be washed. The high strength solid of grouting material is transparent and can be applied to all kinds of engineering guarding against leakage and for reinforcement that is a top grade grouting material.
