摘 要:提出一种集承重与节能为一体的新型剪力墙结构体系——点连接自保温节能剪力墙结构。通过三片点连接自保温剪力墙体在水平低周反复荷载作用下的试验,考察了结构的裂缝开展、受力全过程和破坏形态,分析了节能剪力墙体的变形性能、延性、耗能能力等抗震性能,探讨了螺栓点连接的可靠性和受力机理。研究结果表明,点连接自保温剪力墙结构体系结构安全可靠、受力性能良好,在水平低周反复荷载作用下,外侧预制混凝土模板不会发生脱落、分离、倒塌破坏,证明螺栓点连接是一种有效的连接方式,可以保证现浇主体混凝土剪力墙与外侧预制混凝土板形成整体,共同工作。为点连接自保温节能剪力墙结构体系的工程应用提供依据。In this paper, a new shear wall structure system which integrates bearing and energy saving-- energy saving and self-insulation shear wall structure with point connection is presented. Based on the low cyclic reversed lateral loading tests of three point connecting composite shear wall specimens, review the cracking behavior, whole course under stress and failure form of the structure, analyze the seismic behavior of energy saving shear wall such as deformability, ductility and dissipation of energy, discuss the reliability of bolt point connection and its mechanism under stress. The experimental results show that the energy saving and self-insulation shear wall with point connection structure system is a safe and reliable structure, has good behavior under stress, the outside precast concrete form has no drop out, disconnection, collapse or breakdown under low cyclic reversed lateral load which proves that bolt point connection is an effective connecting type to ensure the main body cast-in-situ RC shear wall integrate with outside precast RC plate. That provides basis for engineering application of energy saving and self-insulation shear wall structure with point connection.
