摘 要:通过研究缓凝剂、复合激发剂和保水剂3种外加剂的不同掺量对脱硫粉刷石膏凝结时间、抗折强度和抗压强度等性能的影响,对脱硫粉刷石膏水化试样进行SEM测试,确定了脱硫粉刷石膏中缓凝剂、复合激发剂和保水剂3种外加剂的最佳掺量分别为0.1%~0.2%、2%和0.2%,探讨了上述外加剂对脱硫粉刷石膏的作用机理。Influence of different amount of three additives i.e. retarder, compound stimulating agent and water retaining agent on settling tlme,bending strength and compression strength of desulfurized wall plaster was studied and SEM test was made on hydration samples of desulfurized wall plaster, and the optimal amount of the three additives in desulfurized wall piaster was determined as follows: retarder 0.1%-0.2%, compound stimulating agent 2% and water-retaining agent 0.2%.The mechanism of several additives on desulfurized wall piaster was discussed.
