广东地区2001～2005年口服降糖药应用分析

摘　　要：目的：评价广东地区口服降糖药应用现状及趋势。方法：对广东地区2001-2005年口服降糖药的品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果：口服降糖药销售金额年均增长率达26．41％，二甲双胍用药频度一直稳居第1位，且逐年上升。结论：广东地区口服降糖药用药现状较好，用量呈上升趋势。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and developmental trend of the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in guangdong area.METHODS：The drug kinds, consumption sum,DDDs,DDC etc of the oral hypoglycemic drugs used in guangdong area from 2001 to 2005 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS：The mean annual increasing rate of the consumption sum of the oral hypoglycemic drugs reached as high as 26.41% ;metformin remained at the first place in DDDs and kept increasing year by year.CONCLUSION：The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in guangdong area is reasonable, and the consumption of which has been on the rise.
