摘　　要：目的：评价抗菌药物的临床应用情况，提高医药质量管理水平。方法：对我院2006年各月前300-400份住院病历抗菌药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析，并依据文献及相关标准进行评价。结果：共调查病历3936份，其中2413例应用抗菌药物，合理应用1515例，基本合理643例，不合理255例。结论：我院抗菌药物不合理应用仍较严重，主要体现在经验性用药，忽略血常规检查和药敏试验，应进一步加强临床用药督导。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical application status of antibacterials and to improve the management level on drug quality.METHODS： The use of antibacterials in the first 300-400 cases in each month in 2006 was analyzed retrospectively, and which was evaluated based on the pertinent literature and the related criteria.RESULTS： Of the total 3 936 cases reviewed, 2 413 had used antibacterials, and the number of cases who had rational, basically rational, and irrational use of antibacterials stood at 1 515,643 and 255 respectively. CONCLUSION ：The phenomena of irrational use of antibacterials in our hospital are quite serious, which manifested predominantly as empiric use of antibacterials and failing to perform blood routine examination and susceptibility test. It is advisable to strengthen supervision in the clinical use of antibacterials.
