摘　　要：当前,贪污贿赂、买官卖官、携款外逃等职务犯罪出现了许多新的特点。坚持惩治和预防职务犯罪,是新形势下党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的重中之重。通过加快立法进程,严密法网,严明法纪,强化法律监督和法制教育等手段打击和防范职务犯罪,具有积极的震慑和警示作用,也是提高反腐倡廉法制化水平的必然选择。This article discusses the problem of office offense. Presently, office offenses such as bribery, corruption, accepting bribery and confer official ranks for money, embezzlement of public funds and then flee to foreign countries with the fund has been emerging in new forms. Thus, at such a new period of time of dealing with official offense, the major task is to insist punishing and preventing office offense for the implement of the construction of Communist Party of China and the honest performance of duties of Party and government officials and for anti-corruption. It is useful and effective to warn and to caution office offenses by progressing more rapidly the set-up of laws and by enhancing legal discipline and legal supervision as well as legal education .It is certainly the necessary choice of improving the level of legalization of anti-corruption and honest performance of office duties.
