摘　　要：目的探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)在房间隔缺损镶嵌治疗中的应用价值。方法2005年9月～2006年10月我中心对19例房间隔缺损患儿,在RT-3DE指引下施行经胸微创封堵术。结果18例一次封堵成功,另有1例由于房间隔缺损较大,残存房间隔上腔静脉缘较短,三维超声图像显示封堵器在心房间摆荡,封堵失败,采用体外循环下外科手术。结论RT-3DE在房间隔缺损镶嵌治疗术中具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the application of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography （RT-3DE） in minimally invasive closure of atrial septal defect （ASD）. Methods Nineteen cases with ASD were selectively closed with specific devices assisted by minimally invasive technique under RT-3DE guidance. Devices were repositioned unless they fit properly. Results The defect in 18 children was successfully occluded and the other one failed for the relatively large ASD dimension and was operated with cardiopulmonary bypass. Conclusions RT-3DE may play an important part in minimally invasive closure of ASD.
