延边水稻田固氮蓝藻资源研究

摘　　要：用液体培养和平板培养分离收集固氮蓝藻，用乙炔还原法测定它们的固氮活性．结果共分离鉴定了4属9种，说明延边地区水稻田分布着丰富的固氮蓝藻资源，其固氮活性为8．20～180．41μmoiC2H4／hr·g．Anabaena azofica was selected and cultivated in liquid media and fiat media , the activity oi fixation nitrogen was measured by revivification of acetylene, then separated and identified 4 genus 9 species. The resuks showed that there was rich resource of Anabaena in paddyfidd of Yanbian area. And the rang of activity of nitrogen fixation was 8.20-180.41μmoiC2H4/hr·g.
