摘  要:对18个耐冬山茶品种的叶结构进行了比较解剖研究,测定了其半致死温度,探讨了叶片结构与耐寒性的关系。结果表明:叶肉组织中栅栏组织所占的比例越大,栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值越大,品种耐寒性越强,反之亦然。叶肉组织结构及其比例关系可作为不同品种抗寒性的形态结构指标。耐冬山茶各品种的半致死温度介于-13.1^-17.6℃之间。The leaf comparative anatomy of 18 cultivars of Camellia japonica L. ( NaiDong ) were studied in this paper and their LT50 were also measured. The relationship between leaf structure and cold resistance of the Camellia japonica L. ( NaiDong) was discussed. It proved that with the higher ratio of palisade tissue and the larger ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue in the leaf, the plant will have better cold resistance, and vice versa. The structure of mesophyll tissue and its proportional relation could be used as the morpha structure index of different cuhivars' cold resistance. All the LT50 of the cultivars listed in this paper were between - 13.1 ~- 17.6℃.
