摘 要:以山茶(Camellia japonica)茎尖为材料,MS和改良MS为基本培养基,探讨了不同浓度和配比的植物生长调节剂组合对山茶芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响,建立了山茶快速繁殖体系。结果表明:山茶芽诱导、增殖的适宜培养基为改良MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,该条件下培养30d,芽的诱导率和增殖系数分别达96%和2.84;在改良MS+NAA0.5mg/L和改良MS+IBA0.5mg/L培养基上,培养山茶无根试管苗40d,生根率达到100%,且多为基部直接生根,茎部基本无愈伤组织的出现。The effect of different kinds of plant growth regulators with different concentration and combination on bud inducing, proliferation and rooting of Camellia japonica was studied. And an quick regeneration system was established. The results showed that the appropriate medium for the bud proliferation was modified MS with 6 - BA1.5mg/L + NAA0.1 mg/L, on which the bud induction rate was 96% and the proliferation coefficient was 2.84 after 30 days' culture. The best media for rooting were modified MS with NAA0.5mg/L or IBA0.5mg/L, on which the rooting rates were 100% after 40days' culture and no callus was observed.
