摘　　要：为解决城市扩张产生的一系列生态问题,提供较高的生态服务功能,开展了生态功能区规划建设。依据沈阳市与抚顺市的区位关系,文中总结了沈阳城市东部生态功能保护区建设规划的小尺度空间规划方法,并讨论了对抚顺市的区际意义。As the northeast old industrial base city, Shenyang has carried out the construction plan for ecology function region in order to solve a series of ecology problems which the city created before, to provide the higher ecology service for the next development. According to inter regional accordance between Shenyang and Fushun, This paper summarizes small-scale spatial planning methods about the ecological function protected areas planning the construction in eastern of Sbenyang, and discusses Regional Significance on the Fushun
