美日英德高等教育投资比较分析及对我国的启示

摘　　要：通过对美、日、德、英等几个西方国家的高等教育投资状况进行分析,并进行了简单比较,总结出对我国高等教育投资改革的启示,认为我国高等教育投资体制改革的方向在于完善多筹资体制、扩大高校办学自主权、提高效率等。　From the analysis of investment in higher education in America,Japan,Germany,British and some other western countries,this paper summarized the inspiration to the investment in higher education in our country.It thought that the direction of the investment system relies on perfecting the system of raising funds,enlarging the decision-making power of running schools in colleges and universities and promoting efficiency.
