摘 要:将纳米LDH有机化改性后,与PE进行插层复合,制得复合材料,经挤出吹塑制备纳米复合热封膜,并对其阻隔性及热封性进行测试。结果表明:纳米LDH提高了热封膜对氧气和有机溶剂的阻隔性,并且其用量约3%时,达到最大;同时还提高了热封膜的热封温度;而对水蒸气的阻隔性及热封强度则略有降低。要提高纳米复合封膜的热封强度可适当提高热封温度。Nano-meter LDH particles were modified with organic agent, then PE/Nano-LDH composite material was made by means of intercalation. After that nano-laminated thermal sealing film was produced by extrusion blowing, it' s barrier and thermal sealing properties were tested. The results showed that nano-LDH can improve barrier property to oxygen and organic solution of the film, and while the mass fraction is 3%, barrier property is up to the top; the thermal sealing temperature can be raised as well. and the barrier property to vapor and thermal sealing strength decreased a little; To turn up the thermal sealing temperature suitable can increase the thermal sealing strength of nano-laminated thermal sealing film.
