摘 要:用玉米淀粉为原料,通过H2O2氧化制成氧化淀粉,直接(未糊化)加入到脲醛树脂中,制得不同氧化淀粉含量的改性脲醛树脂,与不舍氧化淀粉的脲醛树脂胶黏剂的性能对比,具有游离甲醛含量低、羟甲基含量低、粘合强度好和储存稳定等优点,而且成本也大大降低了,表明可有效地改善脲醛树脂胶粘剂的综合性能。Using corn starch to be raw material, oxidized starch was manufactured by H2O2 oxidizes. The oxidized starch was added to urea-formaldehyde resin. The different oxidized starch content adhesives modified urea resins have been synthesized. Comparing the properties uncontaining oxidized starch urea-formaldehyde adhesives, the products have lower free formaldehyde contents and hydroxy-methylol contents, better conglutinate intensities and longer deposited stabilities. Moreover, cost has also reduced greatly. These results have indicated that the modified urea-formaldehyde adhesives may improve the integrated properties effectively.
