三种虫霉目真菌可溶性蛋白质的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳研究

摘　　要：对虫霉目中块状耳霉（Ｃｏｎｉｄｉｏｂｕｌｕｓｔｈｒｏｍｂｏｉｄｅｓ）、冠耳霉（Ｃ．ｃｏｎｒｏｎａｔｕｓ）以及安徽虫瘟霉（Ｚｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａａｎｈｕｉｅｎｓｉｓ）等３种１０个菌株菌体可溶性蛋白进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳确定。结果表明，种间可溶性蛋白质图谱差异明显，对于分类混乱的耳霉属（Ｃｏｎｉｄｉｏｂｕｌｕｓ）的种下鉴定和分类具有重要意义。Soluble proteins from the mycelia of 10 isolates of 3 entomophthorales species,Conidiobulus thromboides,C.conronatus and Zoophthora anhuiensis,were tractionated by polycrylamide gel plate electrophoresis.Variation on protein pattern was observed among different species,suggesting that the pattern is a useful indicator for indentification and classification of confusing speices of Conidiobulus.
