氨基酸仪测定复合维生素中叶酸方法探讨

摘　　要：酸解断开叶酸酰胺键，游离出谷氨酸，用氨基酸自动分析仪，设计１５ｍｉｎ短程序，测定谷氨酸，而后反推出叶酸含量。该法重现性好，变异系数ＣＶ＝１．３３％，平均回收率为１００．４３％．浓度与面积线性相关系数为ｒ＝０．９９９４．可随氨基酸同时测定，耗费成本低，没有叶酸标准品，也可测定叶酸含量。Glutamic acid is dissociated by acidolysising folic acid and analysed by using 15 min utes program with amino acid analyzer. Folic acid content is calculated from glutamic acid content. The method is of good reappearance ability, variety coefficient CV=1.33% average rate of recovery 100.43%, concentration and area relative coefficient r=0.9994. Folic acid can be analysed accompaning with amino acid and need not use folic acid standard product. The folic acid measuring method is applicable for samples without glutamic acid and it's similar articles.
