摘　　要：新修订的《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2002)推荐的新型钢筋HRB400的应用情况不容乐观,其原因是多方面的。国家在产品的标准制定和新型钢筋的使用方面都应有统一的规划,大力推广并分地区逐步实现新型钢筋的使用。新型钢筋相对于普通钢筋有较多的优点,设计人员首先应对此有清楚的认识,明确不同新型钢筋的使用范围,逐步习惯在设计中首先采用HRB400钢筋作为受力主筋,推动新型钢筋的工程应用。The application of new reinforced bar HRB400 suggested in revisory Design Code for Concrete Structure（ GB50010-- 2002） is not optimistic, and there arc many reasons. The united layout about the standard of the new bars and the usage plan should be made nationally. Plenty popularization and zonal step by step realization can be done. There are many advantages for the new bars, and the designers should know this clearly. The application areas are different for different new bars, and the designers should be accustomed to choose the HRB400 bar as the bearing bars step by step.
