摘  要:涩北一号气田是青海油田主力生产区块之一,1995年投入试采以来一直采用传统低温分离工艺来进行气液分离。但随着气田开发规模的不断扩大与地层能量衰减速度的加快,井口压力急剧下降,低温分离工艺已不适应气液分离要求。针对开采压力降低后低温分离工艺的缺点,提出采用在站内先加热后节流的常温分离工艺,并将这一工艺与低温分离工艺进行了技术经济比较,得出常温分离工艺在气田开发中后期优于低温分离工艺的结论。Sebei-1 gas field is one main production field of Qinghai oil fields,that field always adopted traditional low temperature separation technique to separate the gas and liquid from 1995.But with the enlargement of that gas field exploiting development and the quickening of reservoir energy decay rate,the pressure of well head sharp drops,and the traditional low temperature separation technique isn't adapted for separating gas and liquid.Aiming at the shortcoming of that technology,a normal temperature separation technique was developed,technical economic comparing between that technology and low temperature separation technique is done,the result is the normal temperature separation technique is better than the low temperature separation technique in the middle and last period of oilfield development.
