摘  要:(栽培二粒小麦×大赖草)F4PMC染色体构型里出现了分别以14Ⅱ和21Ⅱ为主的两种类型。这是由于其F2花期颖壳开张,普通小麦花粉导入所致。其衍生后代染色体构型仍不稳定,大致分为单价体数较低,二价体数较高;单价体数高,二价体数较低;2n近40三类。同时,还出现了一些高秆、长穗。There were two types in the chromosomal configuration of PMCs of ( T. dicoccum × L.giganteus ) F 4. One type was 14Ⅱ and the other was majorly 21Ⅱ. The reason was that the glumes of ( T.dicoccum × L.giganteus ) F 2\ plants kept open for a long time after flowering and received the pollens of T.aestivum in air. The chromosomal configurations of the progenies were instable and could be divided into three classes: (1) univalent was minority, bivalent was majority; (2) bivalent was minority, univalent was majority; (3) 2n almostly equaled to 40. Additionally, some plants with higher height, longer spikes and larger kernels occurred in the progeny.
