摘 要:在生产条件下,研究安哥拉山羊的超数排卵。用FSH进行超排,结果表明,用武汉生物化学制药厂和宁波激素制品厂生产的FSH,同一剂量处理,每只供体平均可用胚数分别为11.88±6.83和12.00±6.77枚(P>0.05);用宁波厂的910616和920509两个批号FSH处理时,平均可用胚数分别为4.14±4.22和5.88±3.52枚(P>0.05);用400、360和340IuFSH处理时,平均可用胚数分别为5.00±3.67、8.72±4.35和10.35±5.09枚;初产和经产羊平均可用胚数分别为5.20±4.09和5.27±3.60枚。用同一方法处理21~52kg体重的供体时,体重每增加1kg,平均可用胚增加0.17枚(Y=0.17x+3.890,P<0.05)。结论认为,武汉厂和宁波厂生产的FSH及宁波厂不同批号的FSH超排效果相似,超排适宜剂量为340~360Iu,初产与经产安哥拉山羊超排效果相似。Superovulation was induced by injections of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in donors. The results were as follows: the average of usable embryos per donor were 11.88±6.83 or 12.00±6.77 when the donors were superovulated with equal dose FSH of Wuhan biochemical medicine plant (Wuhan FSH) and Ningbo Hormone plant (Ningbo FSH), respectively ( P > 0.05 ); the average of usable embryos were 4.14±4.22 and 5.50±2.88 with the 910616 batch number and 920509 batch number of Ningbo FSH, respectively ( P >0.05); the average usable embryos were 5.00±3.87, 8.72±4.35 and 10.35±5.09 with 400 Iu, 360 Iu and 340 Iu FSH, respectively; the average usable embryos were 5.20±4.09 and 5.27±3.60 when virginal and multiparous goats were superovulated, respectively ( P >0.05); 21 ̄25 kg body weight (BW) donors showed that the average usable embryos increased 0.17 while the BW increasing 1 kg(the regression eqution: Y =3.890+ 0.169 x , ( P <0.05). The conclusion were that Wuhan FSH and Ningbo FSH had the similar superovulation effect in Angora Goats, as well as the different batch numbers of Ningbo FSH; suitable FSH doses were 340 ̄360 Iu; the superovulation could be improved by increasing the Goats BW.
