摘 要:用直流电场正电极处理油松种子后,其发芽率和活力指数明显提高,浸水种子分别为对照的111.61%和158.61%;干种子分别为对照的120.21%和122.13%。对油松种子萌发过程有关生理生化指标的测定表明,直流电场处理可促进细胞膜修复,提高种子萌发阶段的生物氧化水平(表现呼吸加强、脱氢酶活性升高以及脂肪向糖转变加快等),加速新陈代谢。The germination rate and vigor index of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. seeds were obviously raised after treated by positive electrode of direct current field, which were 123.2% and 161.1% for soaken seeds, 124.9% and 132.6% for dry seeds compared with contrast ones. Testing on physiological and biochemical index during seed germination process showed that cell membrane renovation was promoted; organisms oxidizing level was raised in the stage of seeds germination (which showed respiratory rate was enhanced; dehydrogenation enzyme vigor was went up; conversation of fat to sugar was speed up); and metabolism was accelerated under the treatment of positive electrode of direct current field.
