论棉苗营养钵等移栽打直线穴机构优化设计

摘　　要：经过３年多的研究，在原设计的棉苗营养钵移栽打穴机构的基础上，通过计算理论预期给定轨迹点Ｍｉ坐标数据、简化主体机构设计模型、修改目标函数，约束条件、优化电算、安装必要伺服机构、在主体机构连杆Ｌ上Ｍｉ点安装打穴筒，减小了打穴孔的椭圆度，提高了洞穴的直线度。We have been studying for three years, now we design the more perfect machinery with less ovality and more straight cavith, through calculating the coordinate date of path of point Mi predict given by theory, changing objective function and constraint condition, optimum calculation, installing servomechanism, installing perforate barrel in point Mi of link L of main machinery.
