摘　　要：[目的]探讨癌症初期放化疗病人社会支持与应对方式的影响因素及相关性。[方法]采用社会支持量表和医学应对量表对癌症初期放化疗病人进行调查。[结果]不同年龄、性别、文化程度、病种病人的社会支持状况不同,不同年龄、居住地病人应对方式不同,社会支持与回避、面对的应对策略呈显著正相关(P<0.05及P<0.01)。[结论]护理人员应根据病人的不同特点,提供不同的社会支持,以促使病人采取保护性的应对策略,提高身心健康水平。Objective： To probe into the influencing factors and its relativity of social supports and coping styles of incipient cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods： Cancer patients of incipience undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy were investigated by adopting social support scale and medical coping scale. Results： Social supports states of cancer patients of different ages or gender or with different culture backgrounds and different entities were different, And coping styles of these patients of different ages or in different resident places were different. The social support was positively correlated with avoiding and facing coping strategies （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Nursing staff should provide different social supports based on different characteristics of patients so as to let patients take some protective coping strategies and enhance physical and psychological health level of patients.
