摘  要:白杨河水库是20世纪70年代修建的,期间大坝安全监测只设简单的变形监测,渗流扬压力监测,由于长期运行条件所限,造成监测设施损坏,未能进行观测,本次按照水库运行需要并结合现行规范和监测技术设置必要的监测项目,并建立自动化监测系统,实现实时监测和远程控制。BaiYangHe reservoir was build in 1970's. The reservoir only had simple monitoring system for dam displacement, uplift pressure caused by seepage, since then. Limited by operation conditions,the monitoring facilities were failed and observation was halted. In order to meet the requirement of new standard, some new monitoring items should be set, and the automation should be design for the monitoring system to realize real time monitoring and telemeter.
