摘　　要：黄石滩水库溢洪道由于受地形条件的限制，如何消能是工程的主要问题，设计中采用二次消能工的布置，解决了在狭窄山谷中的溢流和消能问题。本文详细介绍溢洪道的水力计算。Restricted by topography, the key matter of the spillway of Huangshitan Heservolr project is the energy dissipation of discharge. The quadrie energy dissipation was adopted for the spillway design, which solved problems of flood discharge and energy dissipation in narrow valley. The spillway hydraulic calculation was expound in this paper.
