摘 要:为提升兰引Ⅲ号结缕草(Zoysia japonica cv.Lanyin No.Ⅲ)种子发芽率,促进种子直播建坪,采用培养皿TP法研究了摩擦处理、水浸处理、NaOH处理、H2SO4处理和GA3处理对兰引Ⅲ号结缕草种子发芽的影响。研究表明:供试种子经摩擦处理、一定时间的水浸、一定浓度的NaOH、H2SO4和GA3处理均能提高种子发芽势,缩短平均发芽天数。一定浓度的NaOH、H2SO4处理可提高种子发芽率,特别是5%和10%的NaOH处理20min,可使供试种子的发芽率从70.33%提高到87.67%和84%,平均发芽天数从11.33d缩短到8.6d和7.3d。For improving the germination and promoting terf establishiment for seed of Zoysia japontca cv. Lanyin No. Ⅲ, seed germination were studied by germination test method of culture dish, which had been treated with mechanical mathods, water soaking, and chemically reagent soaking. The result showed that 10 day's germination can be promoted by friction, water soaking, and chemically reagent soaking with a certain concentration. The seed final germination was increased by soaking in NaOH and H2SO4 solution with a certain concentration, especially the trements of 20 min of soaking in NaOH solution of 5% and 10%, Which increased the final germination rate markedly from 70.33% to 87.67% and 84%, and reduced mean germination time from 11.33d to 8.6d and 7.3d.
