摘　　要：通过对农业科技入户专家工作典型实例和基本经验的深入研究,总结了以技术指导、理念引导、组织推动、信息带动和全面服务为主的专家工作模式,分析了由政策导向与利益激励、明确责权与动态管理、成果转化与技术保障构成的专家工作机制,提出了专家工作长效机制的主要内容、构建阶段及其保障措施。Based on the case study and experience of the technology extension to farmers household, this text concluded the mode of engaging experts, that is guidance with technique, leading with mind, pushing with organization, driving with information and overall service, analyzed the mechanism of engaging experts of which is policy leading with benefits encouraging, clear responsibility and right with dynamic management, achievements commercialization with technique guarantee. And the authors put forward the main contents of long effect mechanism of expert work, construction stage and guarantee measure.
