摘　　要：在城乡巨大的利益差别之下,目前已经有大量农村人才流出本地。在这一过程中,社会资本要素对农村人才流动具有很大影响。正确分析和研究影响农村人才流动中的社会资本因素及由此带来的影响,对于促进农业发展,推进我国农村社会建设具有重要的现实意义。In the huge interests＇ difference of urban and rural,a mass of local rural talents have out flowed. In this process, social capital factor has having a great influence on rural talents flow. Analyze and study social capital factors which influence rural talents flow and the consequent impacts, has great realistic significance in promoting agricultural development and pushing the construction of our country＇ s rural society.
