摘　　要：三线建设是在当时特定历史条件下,中共中央所做出的战略部署。三线建设奠定了我国国家生产和国家安全的基础,改变了我国工业布局不合理的状况,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,同时也付出了很大的代价。Three-line construction is a strategic deployment of Communist Party＇s central committee under special history condition. Three- line construction laid a foundation for the national production and safety, and ehanged the unreasonable state of industry distribution. Through the three - line construction our nation made an outstanding achievement, and paid great price at the same time.
