降糖明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察降糖明目胶囊治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的临床疗效。方法选择60例DR患者作为治疗组,给予降糖明目胶囊治疗6个月后对治疗前后中医证候、血糖、安全性等多种指标进行对比;同时选择60例DR患者作为对照组,服用怡开6个月后与治疗组在眼底视网膜病变方面进行对比。结果治疗组可有效改善中医证候,治疗前后积分对比(P<0.01);眼底视网膜病变的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组血糖降低,治疗前后对比(P(0.01);治疗组治疗前后安全性指标均有改善,且服药期间无明显不良反应。结论降糖明目胶囊可从整体上改善DR患者临床症状、改善眼底视网膜病变、降低血糖,并且有良好的安全性。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiangtangmingmu Capsules on diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Method The treatment group, including 60 patients with DR, was treated with Jiangtangmingmu Capsules for 6 months, and then the indexes, including TCM syndrome manifestations, blood sugar level and security indexes, were compared before and after the treatment. The control group, including 60 patients, was treated with Yikai for 6 months and then it was compared with the treatment group in fundus retinopathy. Result In the treatment group the TCM syndrome manifestitions were relieved, the comparison of integral before and after the treatment was P 〈 0.01. The relief of fundus retinopathy in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the treatment group the comparison of blood sugar level before and after the treatment was P 〈 0.01, and the security indexes were improved. There were no obvious adverse effects observed during the therapeutic period. Conclusion Jiangtangmingmu Capsules can relieve generally the symptoms and fundus retinopathy, decrease blood sugar level in DR patients and has a higher security.
