摘　　要：通过合理地选择化学成分,严格控制3 t/h冲天炉的各项熔炼工艺参数,即选择风口比为4%左右、底焦高度为1 500～1 600 mm,铁焦比为8:1,送风强度90～120 m3/m.min,稳定地生产出铸态高韧性QT400-18铸件。The QT 400-18 grade of as-cast high toughness nodular iron （with tensile strength ≥400 Mpa, and elongation≥ 8%） could be produced stably with cupola melting by adopting following measures： optimizing chemical compositions, strictly controlling every parameters of cupola melting including that the tuyere ratio was adopted as about 4%, the height of coke bed was of 1 500-1 600 mm, the iron coke ratio was of 8：1, and the blast intensity was of 90-120 m^3/m^2·min.
