摘　　要：论述了铸件质量控制和完善质量保证体系的必要性,指出做好工序质量控制和实施质量保证体系是提高、稳定和保证铸件质量的唯一办法,并详细介绍了所在单位的质量控制方法和建立的质量保证体系。A discussion was made on the necessity to control the casting quality, as well as to improve and perfect the quality guarantee system. It was pointed out that to perfect the production procedure quality control and to put the quality guarantee system into effect is the only way to improve, to stabilize as well as to ensure the casting quality. The casting quality controlling method and the quality guarantee system adopted by the author＇s company was introduced.
