摘　　要：介绍了中频感应加热的原理和感应加热制罐机控制系统的特点,针对原来控制系统的不足之处,给出了一个基于集成片上系统单片机的控制方法。实践表明该方法提高了系统的实时性和控制精度,降低了成本。The principle of induction heating and the character of control system for induction heating furnace are introduced. Aiming at the Shortage of original control system, a new control system is proposed, which is based on a fully integrated mixed-signal System on Chip. By using this system, the real-time character and control precision are both improved and the cost is reduced.
