摘　　要：西方财政理论在战后的发展不仅融合了现代经济学的研究成果,在某种意义上出现了新的发展方向,其中将数学模型的研究手段有机地结合到有关财政理论和政策的分析中,便是现代财政理论的一大特点。运用多目标决策和模糊数学综合评判理论,建立政府采购招标项目的模糊综合评标模型,为实际运用作一些理论上的探索。During the postwar period, western financial theory not only converged the researching achievements of modern economics, but also updated and turned to some new diversities. A new characteristic of modern financial theory is to combine the researching methods in mathematic models with the analysis of related financial theories and policies effectively. This article applies the multi-target strategy and the theory of comprehensive appraisal theory in vague mathematics and establishes a vague comprehensive appraisal Model for the government purchasing bidding projects in order to make some theoretical research for practical application.
