摘　　要：一、政策创新,保障经济适用住房有序推进 政策创新,首先表现在民主决策.作为一项惠民工程,宜春在制定相关政策上坚持走民主之路.按照市委的指示和部署,宜春市城乡规划建设局多次组织召开征求群众意见座谈会,就套型设计、销售价格等充分听取、尊重和吸纳群众意见.期间,市长多次深入社区走访、调研,参加征求群众意见座谈会,During the construction of economically affordable houses, Yi Chun city has showed respect and absorbed the citizens' opinions and given play to democratic decision-making. In the planning, design and construction of economically affordable housing, Yichun city targets at improving households' living standard, which shows the government's care for the households. Yichun city also creatively established qualification examination system for purchasing economically affordable house.
