摘　　要：本文介绍了"军字一号"工程电子病历系统提供的住院志、病程记录、其他记录、检验申请、诊疗申请、知情文件、质量监控等7个功能模块及常见问题处理。系统的应用可以规范医疗文书,减少差错发生;同时实行分级审签,严控病历质量。Deeribes electronic medical record system （EMRS） on ＂No 1 Military＂ project and answers to its frequently asked questions. The system consists of 7 modules including admission record, disease course record, other record, laboratory application, diagnosis and treatment application, notification, quality control. The application of the system helps the normalization of medical documents, reduces mistakes; it also helps the realization of checkup and sign in different level, leads to better quality control.
