摘　　要：针对病区设备使用过程中经常出现的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了开展针对护士的系统培训的解决方案,就培训方法、内容进行了初步探讨。Analyzes the causes and puts forward the solutions to train nurses according to the problems arising frequently when operating the equipment in wards and discusses preliminarily the way and content of training.
