摘　　要：本文以3,4-二甲氧基苯乙腈、氯化氢/吡啶、氯化苄、碳酸钾、浓硝酸和环己烯等为主要原料,经去甲基化、羟基保护、硝化及还原环合四步反应合成5,6-二羟基吲哚。考察了原料的摩尔比、反应时间和溶剂用量等关键因素对反应结果的影响。四步反应收率分别为90.2%、87.8%、86.9%和85.2%。实验所得产品结构经1H-NMR分析确定。5,6-Dihydroxyindole was prepared from homoveratronitrile, hydrochloride/pyridine, benzyl chloride, potassium carbonate, nitric acid and cyclohexene by means of demethylation, hydroxyl protection, nitration and reductive ring closure. The key effects of process parameters, such as molar ratio, reaction time and the dosage of solvent on the reaction were investigated. The yield of the four products was 90.2% ,87.8% ,86.9% ,85.2% ,respectively. The structures of the products were determined by ^1H-NMR.
